Course Description:
An interdisciplinary, problem solving experience that questions the Art Object, examines intent and installation when making art, and explores what role(s) does Art play within the social, political, and economic realties of our present society. This course examines both making Art and understanding Art that is driven by idea. Through conceptualizing and thoroughly exploring how to commentate an idea visually, the material and approaches used tend to refuse to be categorized to a particular discipline.
